Our Story
Two Sisters, One Journey
Many of us carry experiences from childhood that shape who we become. Some are subtle, others more difficult, but their impact often stays with us into adulthood.
Suzie and Lisa know this firsthand. While their paths looked different, both were searching for healing in their own ways. Lisa was drawn to a spiritual path, exploring subtle energy practices, while Suzie as a naturalist, found peace in gardening, beekeeping, animal rescuing, and a deep connection to the natural world. Over time, their individual journeys began to come together.
How Intentions was Created
That shared path eventually led to the creation of Intentions. During a trip to Peru, Lisa experienced Despacho ceremonies, simple yet powerful rituals rooted in gratitude, release, and intention. For over 14 years, she has shared a version of this practice with clients, family, and friends as a way to let go of what no longer serves and create space for something new.
From these ceremonies, the first handcrafted Intentions Kits were born. They were designed as a simple, meaningful way to bring this experience into everyday life.
Today, the sisters share this work as an invitation to pause, to connect, and to be present, whether for healing, celebration, or simply coming together.
Lisa
A practicing Reiki Master and sound healer who brings her educational and spiritual background to the business. Her practice is rooted in understanding the vital role of community in healing and creating positive outcomes.
Suzie
Brings a strong business background paired with a deep, lifelong connection to the Earth. As a master gardener and native plant enthusiast, she channels her passion for the natural world into her jewelry designs inspired by nature. A dedicated and consummate volunteer, Suzie finds her greatest joy in giving back and supporting Mother Nature.
