Order Preparation
Each Intentions Kit is thoughtfully prepared by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be assembled before it ships.
This preparation time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer shipping within the United States via USPS:
- Standard (Priority Mail)
- Expedited (2-Day Shipping)
Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been prepared and shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard (Priority Mail): Typically 2–4 business days after shipment
- Expedited (2-Day): Typically 2 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
